How we started

Skaleminds was founded in 2018 as a technical consultancy, advising a handful of growing companies on architecture and delivery risk. What started as advisory work turned into something more permanent once it became clear that the real constraint our clients faced wasn't advice, it was capacity: qualified engineers, available now, accountable to someone.

That gap became the business. We are now close to eight years into operating managed engineering teams, technical consulting, and architectural guidance for enterprises and SMEs working through digital transformation.

What we do

Three engagement types, used alone or together. Managed teams: dedicated engineers, staffed to your roadmap and led by a delivery lead who is accountable for the outcome, not just for supplying resources. Consulting: an independent assessment of your architecture, delivery process, and technical risk, resolved into a written recommendation with costed options. AI & automation: defined use cases taken through evaluation and controls to a governed production release.

Who we work with

Our clients are SMEs and enterprises across industries, brought in when a technical problem is complex enough to put a delivery date, a revenue line, or a board commitment at risk. Most relationships run for years, not months: engagements typically start with a single specialist or a scoped assessment and grow, by written change order, into a fully managed team as the mandate expands.

Where we operate

Skaleminds is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with engineers and delivery leads working across regions and time zones. Teams are staffed to overlap with your working hours and integrate directly into your existing tooling and review process, regardless of where your organisation is based.
